Discovery: The goals of your business are unique. That’s why we start every project with a period of discovery, during which we learn about your customers, needs, challenges, and the spark that makes your brand special. Next, we define requirements, and then architect and build efficient solutions specific to your objectives, utilizing existing systems and out of the box technology as much as possible.
Design: The advancement of ecommerce technology means there are no more excuses for ugly sites. Our dedicated design team understands that visual attraction is a key component of brand affinity, which is why we agonize over the smallest graphic details, from wireframing to finished product, ensuring a beautiful and engaging online presence.
Development: The build phase is where the site takes shape. Our Seattle based development team, will create the customer experience and configure various components of the site into its final form. We test features as we build to ensure the customer experience works on the necessary devices/browsers as well as being performant, secure with all the requirements completed. The site will be built in the production environment, allowing a prototype to be set up early in the development phase with all configuration, content uploads and testing being done on the same instance as the finished product.
Deployment / Support: Finally, we ‘re always available to help you and your team deploy new tools and systems without issue, then train you on how to use them.
